The services provided by MoonFellow IT Solutions are subject to a separate Service Agreement between MoonFellow and the client. The terms of the Service Agreement will govern the specific services provided, including scope, duration, deliverables, and any applicable fees or charges. Any agreement issued by MoonFellow must be signed and returned to the company within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in the contract expiring.
3. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, related to the services provided by MoonFellow IT Solutions are the property of MoonFellow or its licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the services without obtaining prior written permission from MoonFellow.
4. Confidentiality:
MoonFellow IT Solutions understands the importance of confidentiality and will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of any sensitive information shared by the client. MoonFellow will not disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreed-upon services, unless required by law or with the client's consent.
5. Limitation of Liability:
MoonFellow IT Solutions will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and reliable services. However, the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind. MoonFellow will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the services.
6. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold MoonFellow IT Solutions and its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the services or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Termination:
MoonFellow IT Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or the terms of the Service Agreement.
